Whatever your problems may be, the skills you need to get through any of them, will change your life incredibly. Here is a visualization trick for you to better deal with any of your current problems


Step 1. Visualize a tight rope. You are at point A and at the end of the rope is point B. Can you see the other side? Good. Now see yourself now, and then see yourself having accomplished your problem. Imagine yourself at your goal.

Step 2. Whatever you do, don’t look down! This is told to anyone who walks on a balanced beam,or a tight rope. Never look down. Regarding your problem, this means do not let yourself imagine yourself failing! No! Look up, keep your eye on the prize. If you look down you will fall!

Step 3. Now look at the rope. Is it a beam? Is it a thin rope? This represents the problem. The thinner the rope the bigger the challenge. Examine you problem, strategize what you need to do to make it through.

Step 4. Balance. Take it slow, one step at a time, remembering you have to remain balanced all the time. This is also symbolic of your life. When you want to conquer a goal, you have to give up the crazy unstable life. You have to sleep well, eat well, mind spirit, body! The more balanced you are the better.

Step 5. Never look back. One of the biggest rules of tight roping is never look back or turn back, you have only one direction, and the only thing between you and your success is this one rope. You can do this. Chant this to yourself, every time the doubt slips in! YOU CAN DO THIS. Before you even realize, you’ve made it! Congratulations! 🙂
